A roof inspection is useful when you are not sure whether your roof needs repair, replacement, or monitoring. It is also valuable before buying or selling a home, after a storm, after seeing missing shingles, or when interior stains appear and you need to know whether the roof is involved.

Many homeowners wait until water is already inside the house. A roof inspection helps identify visible concerns earlier, such as worn shingles, exposed fasteners, damaged vents, flashing concerns, soft-looking areas, poor drainage, or storm-related damage.

Where practical, photos are used to show the homeowner what was found. This matters because homeowners should not have to guess what is happening on the roof.

A roof inspection can include a visible roof assessment, photo documentation, written findings, repair recommendations, replacement recommendations if needed, and a written scope for next steps.

The inspection is focused on practical decision-making.
